Beast Mode, The Black Unicorn and Mike
After an exciting Week 2 that saw my team pull off its first win on the backs of my top scorers, I decided that a little tribute was in order.
Starting Martellus Bennett (aka The Black Unicorn) was a great move for me this week, as his 2nd touchdown couldn't be any bigger for me or for the Bears. Make sure you check out Martellus Bennett's Greatest Highlight Ever. Unfortunately the original was deleted from Youtube so I couldn't embed it, but thankful a copy still exists for all to see.
What can I say about Marshawn Lynch, other than he was just Beast Mode being Beast Mode.
Apparently using Super Mario sound effects is what all the kids are doing these days.
My top scorer, Michael Vick needs some love, but I couldn't find a video that I thought would be good to add. Instead, I will refrain from making a dog fighting/Ron Mexico joke on his behalf. Thanks Mike!
(Brandon Marshall and the Patriots D deserve honourable mention, but Marshall basically did what I drafted him for, and I feel bad enough having any Pats on my team, let alone giving them extra credit (plus it's the J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets!, scoring 18 off their offense is no big deal))
