Two A Days: A Sneaky Steel and A Brown Stain

Is this real life?

Cleveland Browns

Quarterback-

Brandon Wheedon (U of Oklahoma St.)- He'll be better, but not backup better.

Running Backs-

Trent Richardson (U of Alabama)- Roll tide, it's nice to see a productive former Crimson Tide RB in the league! For all the injury concerns, he played through them last year and that's actually pretty reassuring given the state of the top ten RB1s. If you get a chance to draft him you could do FAR FAR worse.

Wide Recievers-

Josh Gordan (U of Baylor)- A brief suspension to worry about, but big play ability and could be a productive WR2/Flex option

Greg Little (U of NC)- If he can get rid of the dropsees, he's a sneaky pickup as well.

Tight Ends-

Jordan Cameron (U of SC)- To call him a sleeper is foolish, he's on everyone's radar as a top 5 TE and Andrew will most likely snag him in the middle rounds to make sure he does.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Quarterback-

Ben Roethlisberger (U of Miami {Ohio})- He's a great bye week replacement that's sure to get you 15 points. Not a number one, but who is these days.

Running Back-

I'd stay clear from anybody I name here: Dwyer, Redman, Stephens-Howling or Bell (rookie).

Wide Receivers-

Antonio Brown (U of Central Mich)- Big Ben likes to throw and Mike Wallace has gone to South Beach so who gets the catches? Probably Brown.

Emmanuel Sanders (U of SMU)- Big Ben likes to throw and Mike Wallace has gone to South Beach so who gets the catches? Probably Brown, but Sanders may be valuable as a flex/bye week plug in.

Tight Ends-

Matt Spaeth (U of Minnesota)- I won't lie, I have no idea who this is and can't give you anything to go on.

Heath Miller is injured, I would refer to the RB category when thinking about taking a Steelers' TE.

I think Keith will be going further in depth with this team and maybe has seen something I haven't.

  1. Just like the real Arrested Development, my "On the next episodes" might not have anything to do with the topic. I think you've covered the Steelers well.
